Juniah found herself at rock bottom with her depression when she discovered the mental health benefits that come from ingesting psilocybin mushrooms.

“ I was on Twitter one day and I saw this picture of Jhené Aiko with a giant bag of mushrooms. I thought, ‘OH MY GOD THIS GIRL IS INSANE! Why is no one checking up on her?!’ So I ran straight to the comments to see what people were saying. They were all wishing her a safe trip and saying how healed she would be. Then I saw a comment that linked an article about the psychological studies done using psychedelics. I started doing more research until I was comfortable with trying it. ”

Juniah started using psilocybin mushrooms to help with her depression. She found that they made her realize that life is worth living. With every psychedelic trip, she found herself unlocking more and more information about life itself. Her consciousness was expanded and she no longer felt trapped in her mind. It gave her something to live for. She also found that when she tripped, she had the power to communicate with spirits that have passed on. She attributed this power to the magic of mushrooms because of all the amazing things she experienced when she was tripping. One day she got a psychic reading done that revealed to her that the powers she had access to when she tripped were because she had spiritual gifts. It was then when Juniah took her spirituality more seriously. Her overall quality of life improved significantly and she was finally happy. She committed herself to strengthening her spiritual gifts and bringing Spirituality to everyone she can.

Juniah founded Miracle Myndfulness to start the movement. We believe that happiness should be accessible for everyone. We are here to help people overcome the struggles they have had with their mental health. Whether it be from trauma, grief, neurodivergence, or chemical imbalance, we hope that everyone finds mental peace with us.
